How to Post Pictures on the forum

ok a little guide on how to post your pics on the forum.

go to a website called imageshack http://imageshack.us/

now you will see a screen with a upload option click browse and select your file
then select image resize and select the 17" monitor option and click upload now. after its uploaded it will show you the pic with codes underneath you need to copy the FORUM CODE and paste it into your post and hey presto its done.
